TASI, Nomu up early Sunday

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) opened Sunday in the green zone after its main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) increased 0.28% or 20.64 points to reach 7,393.81 points.

By 10:30 am KSA time, TASI’s traded volume reached 20.57 million shares, through 14,430 transactions, with a liquidity of SAR 447.64 million.

The insurance, utilities, banks, and materials sectors rose 0.7%, 0.6%, 0.4%, and 0.3%, respectively.

On the other hand, the telecommunication service sector decreased 1.3%, and the media sector shed 0.4%.

Al Jazira Takaful Taawuni Co’s stock surged 9.9%, whereas United Cooperative Assurance Co’s stock declined 4.6%.

Meanwhile, Nomu, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market levelled up 0.59% or 20.05 points reaching 3,412.65 points.

Arab Sea Information System’s stock went up 8.1%, whereas Al-Kathiri Holding Company’s stock tumbled 2.1%.
