Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) closed Tuesday higher by 64.19 points or 0.57% at 11,319.24 points.
The turnover amounted to SAR 8.43 billion after trading 224.82 million shares, compared to SAR 5.94 billion and 153.93 million shares in the previous session.
The majority of the sectors rose, led by the telecom which added 2.5%, while the food and staple retailing topped three decliners with 0.96%.
National Petrochemical (Petrochem) was the top riser with 5.79%, while Saudi Real Estate (Alakaria) led the fallers with 2.12%.
Zain KSA was the most active stock on which 18.48 million shares were traded, while Al Rajhi Bank recorded the highest turnover of SAR 568.82 million.
Similarly, Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) went up by 0.76% or 183.65 points to close at 24,453.95 points.
National fertilizer was the top riser with 2.28%, while the Canadian Medical Center as well as Sumou Real Estate were the fallers with 1.68% and 0.16%, respectively.
