Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) started Sunday 0.5% or 34.43 points high to 7,265.04 points.
By 10:48 am KSA time, TASI’s trading volume reached 45.16 million shares, through 22,570 transactions, with a liquidity of SAR 856.53 million.
The banking sector inched up 0.9%, followed by consumer services with 0.8%, and materials with 0.5%.
On the other hand, the food and staples retailing and real estate investment traded funds (REITs) sectors decreased 0.4% and 0.4%, respectively.
Methanol Chemicals Company’s (Chemanol) stock rose 4.3%, whereas Makkah Construction and Development’s stock declined 2%.
Meanwhile, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, NOMU, increased 0.03%, or 1.01 points, to 3,190.30 points.
Stocks of Arab Sea Information System and Al-Samaani Factory for Metal Industries levelled up 4% and 2.8%, respectively, whereas Al-Omran Industrial Trading fell 2.4% and Raydan Co’s stock edged down 0.5%.
