Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has finished Sunday in the green after its benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) grew 16.65 points, or 0.2%, reaching 8,466.62 points.
TASI’s trading volume reached 104.2 million on Sunday, down from 111.7 million shares on Thursday, while traded value fell to SAR 2.8 billion ($748.8 million), from SAR 3.16 billion ($843 million).
The real estate management and development sector inched up 0.97%, followed by 0.38% in materials, and 0.16% in banks, whereas pharmaceuticals sector closed stable.
On the flipside, the transportation, commercial and professional services, and telecommunication services sectors' decreased 0.66%, 0.52%, and 0.13%, respectively.
Sahara Petrochemicals’ stock topped the bourse’s gainers with 4.66%, whereas Anaam International Group’s stock was the worst performer after falling 2.07%.
In the meantime, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, NOMU, jumped 40.93 points, or 1.47%, to 2,832.53 points, registering its highest level in more than a month, or since 12 June.
Thob Al-Aseel Company’s stock rose 2.31%, while Raydan Co’s stock inched up 0.62%.
