Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) opened Tuesday with a positive performance after its main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rose 18.2 points, or 0.23%, to 8,065.7 points.
By 10:40 am Saudi time, TASI’s trading volume reached 26.6 million shares exchanged through 20,270 transactions at a turnover of SAR 554 million.
The real estate management and development sector led risers with 1.12%, while the banks sector increased 0.4%.
On the other hand, the real estate investment traded funds (REITs) sector shed 0.19%, followed by the materials and telecommunication services sectors with 0.14% and 0.05%, respectively.
Nama Chemicals Company’s stock led gainers with 7.5%, while the Saudi Fisheries Company’s stock led losers with 4.4%.
Meanwhile, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu secondary market, decreased 10.4 points, or 0.41%, to 2,535.5 points.
Baazeem Trading Co’s stock levelled down 1.78%.
