Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) ended Sunday in the green zone after its main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) levelled up 0.81% or 55.56 points to 6,933.77 points.
TASI’s trading volume amounted to 141.66 million shares on Sunday, against 155.72 million shares on Thursday, while liquidity decreased to SAR 2.77 billion ($739.2 million), from SAR 3.03 billion ($807.73 million).
The consumer services sector grew 3.46%, followed by materials with 0.74%, telecommunication services with 0.35%, and banks with 0.14%.
On the flipside, the food and staples retailing, and consumer durables and apparel sectors inched down 0.45%, and 0.15%, respectively.
Amana Cooperative Insurance’s stock led TASI risers with 7.11%, closing at SAR 23.94, whereas Fitaihi Holding Group’s stock declined 1.51%, to reach SAR 12.40.
In the meantime, the benchmark of the Nomu-Parallel Market, NOMU, edged up 0.05% or 1.37, reaching 2,904.41 points.
Arab Sea Information System’s stock went up 5.46% to SAR 10.24, whereas Al-Kathiri Holding Company’s stock fell 4.19%, reaching SAR 14.16.
