Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) returned to losses on Tuesday on the back of losses by banks and energy stocks.
The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) dropped by 0.96% or 76.29 points and closed at 7,895.64 points.
Traded volumes amounted to 136.65 million shares, with a turnover of SAR 3.68 billion.
The banks sector fell by 1.44%, while telecom and energy lost 1.31% and 0.5%, respectively.
A total of 112 stocks ended the session in losses, led by Zain KSA that plunged by 9.92%, while DUR was the top gainer and rose by 10%.
Al Rajhi registered the highest traded value with SAR 672.87 million, while Zain was the most actively traded stock with 10.83 million shares.
