TASI closes in green after five declines

Riyadh - Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) ended Monday’s trading session in the green zone amidst a group rise for the market sectors, while the Nomu-Parallel Market bounced strongly after reaching an all-time low yesterday.

The Tadawul All Shares Index (TASI) went up by 0.56%, gaining 38.32 points, and closed at the level of 6,821.71 points.

Traded values reached SAR 2.24 billion ($596 million) compared to SAR 1.73 billion ($461 million) on yesterday’s session.

Traded volumes increased to 141.69 million shares up from 94.4 million shares on Sunday.

Meanwhile, the NOMU index added 1.7% to the level of 4,122.36 points.

In the parallel market, turnover registered SAR 1.89 million compared to SAR 995,600 yesterday, while volumes recorded 92,620 shares up from 54,790 shares on Sunday’s session.
