Riyadh-Mubasher: Tadawul All-Share Index (TASI) fell 0.51% or 30.72 points to close Wednesday at 6,038.03, its lowest since 5 October 2011.
The National Commercial Bank (NCB) pressured the banking sector as it lost more than 3.6% to SAR 41.63, its lowest since debut.
The kingdom's largest bank on Wednesday posted net earnings of SAR 2.1 billion for the fourth quarter of 2015, a rise of 16.5% over SAR 1.8 billion in the year-ago period.
Turnover reached SAR 5.26 billion, after 267.1 million shares were traded in 124,000 transactions.
The banking sector dominated 25% of the total liquidity, followed by the petrochemical industries and real estate sectors which accounted for 21.9% and 14.6%, respectively.
Three sectors moved higher; the petrochemical industries (0.92%), agriculture (0.83%) and cement (0.5%).
Wrapping up stocks, losers eclipsed gainers 114 to 47. The newly-listed Alandalus Property continued riding higher, leaping 9.85% to SAR 19.85. Meanwhile, Solidarity was the biggest faller, diving 9.96% to SAR 7.50%.
