TASI continues rally, hits 6,130 level in mid-session

Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’ stock exchange extended its upward trend until Wednesday’s mid-session, rising 1.01% or 62 points to reach the 6,130 level.

Nearly 166 million shares were exchanged through over 74,000 transactions at a turnover of SAR 3.1 billion.

Wrapping up equities, 125 advanced, spearheaded by the newly-listed Alandalus Property which soared 10% to SAR 21.75. Meanwhile, 37 stocks declined, led by Al-Sagr Insurance which fell 9.82% to SAR 27.10.

Alinma Bank was the most active in terms of traded volume with 46.5 million shares, while Alandalus led in number of transactions with 17,064.
