Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) started Thursday 0.24% or 16.72 pts lower to reach 6,889.10 points.
By 10:49 am KSA time, TASI’s trading volume amounted to 32.01 million shares, through 16,610 transactions, with a liquidity of SAR 479.84 million.
The telecommunication services sector fell 2% after the Saudi Mobile Telecommunications Company’s (Zain) stock decreased 3.6%, followed by food beverages with 0.9%, and banks with 0.3%.
On the other hand, the retailing, consumer durables and apparel, and materials sectors levelled up 0.3%, 0.25%, and 0.2%, respectively.
Tabuk Cement’s stock surged 9.9%.
Meanwhile, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, NOMU rose 0.3% or 9.57 points reaching 3,019.62 points.
Raydan Co’s stock increased 2.9%, whereas Development Works Food’s stock went down 4%.
