Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) dropped 0.53% or 41.84 points at Tuesday’s close, reaching the level of 7,898.86 points.
Banks lost 1.22%, followed by energy and telecommunication services with 0.80% and 0.39%, respectively. On the other hand, real estate and food and staples retailing rose by 1.62% and 1.41%, respectively.
The market’s turnover recorded SAR 10.94 billion where 514.15 million shares were traded through 434,072 deals.
Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Co came on top of the winners with 10%, whereas Wafrah for Industry and Development Company led the losers with 5.59%.
Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Company led the trading activity on all levels after trading 73.8 million shares at SAR 612 million.
In the meantime, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) declined 2.34% to 9,061.33 points.
Sumou Real Estate Company was the top rising stock with 2.83%, whereas the National Building and Marketing Company was the sole decliner by 11.60%.
The MT30 Index futures – September 2020 closed higher by 0.28% at SAR 1,068 on their third trading day at the Saudi derivatives market.
