Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) started Thursday in the red after its benchmark the Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) declined 14.62 points, or 0.19%, to 7,777.94 points.
By 10:30 am Saudi time, TASI’s trading volume reached 15.95 million shares, traded through 15,370 transactions, generating SAR 323.15 million.
The food and beverages sector decreased 0.41%, followed by the real estate management and development sector with 0.29%, banks with 0.25%, telecommunication services with 0.23%, and materials with 0.15%.
On the other hand, the media sector inched up 0.51%, while the diversified financials sector grew 0.43%.
The Saudi Cable Company’s stock led losers with 2.85%, whereas Saudi Fisheries Company’s (Alasmak) stock was the best performer after jumping 10%.
Meanwhile, NOMU, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, remained unchanged at 2,483.23 points.
