Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) started Monday's trading session down after its main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) fell 6.94 points, or 0.09%, to 8,011.12 points.
By 10:30 am Saudi time, TASI’s trading volume hit 9.1 million shares exchanged through 7,600 transactions, with a turnover of SAR 206.18 million.
The pharmaceuticals, materials, and banking sectors decreased 0.82%, 0.13%, and 0.12%, respectively.
On the other hand, the utilities sector grew 0.52%, while telecommunication services sector increased 0.37%.
Aljazira Takaful Taawuni Co’s stock declined 3.12% to SAR 21.42, whereas Takween Advanced Industries’ stock rose 4.56% to SAR 10.54.
Meanwhile, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, remained unchanged at 3,111.78 points.
The stock of Al-Samaani Factory for Metal Industries jumped 7%, registering SAR 53.10.
