Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) opened Thursday’s trading session in red territory, after the main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) fell 4.8 points, or 0.06%, to 8,242.6 points, while the secondary market remained unchanged.
By 10:30 am KSA time, TASI’s trading volume reached 10.5 million shares exchanged at a turnover of SAR 254.14 million through 9,200 transactions.
The consumer goods, telecommunication services, and banking sectors dropped 0.5%, 0.36%, and 0.23%, respectively.
On the other hand, the consumer durables and apparel sector edged up 0.5%, while the materials sector added 0.11%.
Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company’s (Enaya) stock led losers with 2.3%, whereas Anaam International Group’s stock rose 4.8%.
Meanwhile, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, remained stable at 2,965.43 points.
