Riyadh – Mubasher: The main index of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) inched down 0.01% or 0.90 points to reach 7,093.38 points in Monday’s early trades.
By 10:44 am KSA time, the Tadawul All Share Index's (TASI) trading volume reached 26.29 million shares through 17,790 transactions, generating SAR 541.53 million.
The pharmaceuticals, real estate management and development, consumer services, and banks sectors decreased 1.3%, 0.4%, 0.28%, and 0.04%, respectively.
On the other hand, the food and staples retailing sector rose 0.5%, followed by the telecommunication services sector with 0.4%, the food and beverages sector with 0.37%, and the materials sector with 0.02%.
Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance’s stock retreated 6.6%, whereas Trade Union Cooperative Insurance Co’s stock levelled up 6.7%.
In the meantime, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market (NOMU) grew 0.08% or 3.05 points reaching 3,676.86 points.
Thob Al-Aseel Company’s and Al-Samaani Factory for Metal Industries’ stocks increased 4.1% and 0.8%, respectively, whereas Raydan Co’s stock fell 2%.
