Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) started Tuesday’s trading session on a mixed note.
By 10:30 a.m. Saudi time, the main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) fell by 12.8 points, or 0.14%, to 9,025.15 points.
TASI’s liquidity amounted to SAR 412 million after 15.5 million shares were exchanged.
The commercial services sector headed fallers and slid 0.77%, while the basic materials and telecommunications sectors retreated 0.2% and 0.03%, respectively.
The insurance sector topped gainers with 1.3%, while the retailing sector added 0.22%.
Arabian Cement’s stock led decliners after dropping 2.65%, while Walaa Cooperative Insurance’s stock headed risers and jumped 9.92%.
On the other hand, NOMU, the main index of the Nomu secondary market, rose 6.04 points, or 0.17%, to 3,584.07 points.
Raydan’s stock was Nomu’s best performer with 1.7%.
