Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) extended its losses for the third successive session on Monday after falling by 1.71% or 148.21 points to reach the level of 8,538.68 points.
The market’s liquidity stood at SAR 13.7 billion where nearly 482.150 million shares were traded via 590,416 deals.
Energy went down by 1.40% while materials and insurance shrank by 2.65% and 3.07%, respectively. Likewise, banks and telecom inched down by 0.62% and 0.72%, respectively.
Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Co. came on top of the rising stocks with 4.15%, whereas Tourism Enterprise Company (Shams) headed the falling stocks with 9.95%.
Malath Cooperative Insurance Co. led the trading activity through the exchange of 35.998 million shares whilst the Saudi Arabia Refineries Company (SARCO) achieved the highest liquidity of SAR 863.410 million.
At the same time, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) closed down by 1.60% to 20,664.23 points.
