TASI falls, Nomu stable at open Sunday

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) decreased 0.1% or 7 points reaching 7,353.51 points in Sunday’s early trades.

By 10:45 am Saudi time, trading volume reached 23.3 million shares exchanged through 13,680 transactions, generating SAR 462.16 million.

The banks, materials, and retailing sectors tumbled 0.21%, 0.02%, and 0.6%, respectively.

On the other hand, the telecommunication services sector edged up 0.08%, and the media sector increased 2.24%.

Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance’s stock fell 1.46% to SAR 29.50, whereas Saudi Paper Manufacturing Company’s (SPMC) stock went up 5.83% to SAR 8.90.

Meanwhile, NOMU, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market remained unchanged at 3,481.33 points after Development Works Food’s stock remained stable at SAR 69.40.
