Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) started Tuesday’s trading session in the red after its main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) fell 21.55 points, or 0.27%, to 7,946.71 points.
By 10:35 am Saudi time, TASI’s trading volume hit 21.4 million shares exchanged through 22,400 transactions with a liquidity of SAR 495.88 million.
The pharmaceuticals, telecommunication services, materials, and banking sectors levelled down 1%, 0.58%, 0.5%, and 0.25%, respectively.
On the other hand, the utilities sector led gainers with 1.43%, followed by the healthcare sector with 0.56%.
Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company’s (Enaya) stock was the worst performer with 2.58%, while Saudi Company for Hardware’s (SACO) stock led risers with 6.57%.
Meanwhile, NOMU, the main index of the Nomu secondary market, remained unchanged at 2,545.91 points.
