Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) commenced Tuesday's trades up, after the benchmark Tadawul All Shares Index (TASI) grew 0.2% or 14.01 points to 6,933.26 points, whereas the Nomu-Parallel Market index edged down slightly.
By 10:30am Saudi time, turnover reached SAR 398.82 million, after 21.82 million shares were exchanged through 10,690 transactions.
Alinma Bank, up 0.96% to SAR 14.75, was the most active in terms of traded value with SAR 133.43 million.
Tadawul's sectors rose collectively, led by commercial services with 1.9%, followed by REITs and semiconductors with 1.5% and 0.8%, respectively.
The banks and telecoms sectors led major sectors, adding 0.19% each, while basic materials increased 0.16%.
Meanwhile, the Nomu-Parallel Market index slipped 0.04% to 5,372.84 points.
Three stocks were in the green on Nomu, led by Al Omran with 1%, while three stocks remained stable and Abou El Moaty declined 0.53%.
The TASI index ended Monday's trades down 0.48% or 33.38 points to 6,919.25 points, whereas the NOMU index grew 0.29% or 15.4 points to 5,374.8 points.
