Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) opened Thursday in the green zone after its main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) increased 0.3% or 21.7 points to reach 7,255.03 points.
By 10:43 am KSA time, TASI’s trading volume amounted to 15.9 million shares with a liquidity of SAR 437.5 million.
Abdullah Abdul Mohsen Al Khodari Sons Company’s (Al Khodari) stock topped TASI’s risers with 3.86% reaching SAR 9.95 with a turnover of SAR 5.5 million, whereas the Company for Cooperative Insurance’s (Tawuniya) stock decreased 1.5% to SAR 98.5 with a traded value of SAR 5.98 million.
The food and beverages, materials, telecommunication services, and banks sectors rose 1.6%, 0.48%, 0.32%, and 0.27%, respectively.
On the other hand, the insurance sector shed 0.68%.
Meanwhile, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market remained unchanged at the level of 3,378.4 points.
The stocks of Arab Sea Information System, and Thob Al-Aseel Company levelled up 0.49%, and 1.8%, respectively.
On the flipside, Development Works Food’s stock lost 1.8%, followed by Al-Samaani Factory for Metal Industries’ stock with 0.85%.
