Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) started Thursday’s trading session with a positive performance after its main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) levelled up 9.45 points, or 0.12%, to 7,899.54 points.
By 10:30 am Saudi time, TASI’s traded volume hit 16.66 million shares exchanged through 15,640 transactions with a turnover of SAR 351.53 million.
The healthcare equipment and services sector increased 1.9%, followed by the insurance sector with 0.84%.
The utilities, materials, telecommunication services, and banking sectors inched up 0.78%, 0.15, 0.04%, and 0.01%, respectively.
On the other hand, the diversified financials sector led losers with 0.5%, followed by the media and energy sectors with 0.3%, and 0.09%, respectively.
Meanwhile, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, remained unchanged at 2,443.21 points.
