Riyadh - Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) ended Thursday’s trading session in green, as the main index reached its highest level in 13 sessions.
Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) gained 0.81% or 57.58 points, and closed at the level of 7,131.27 points, its highest since 30 January were it closed at 7,132 points.
Traded volumes increased 6.5% to 210.17 million shares compared to 197.27 million shares on yesterday’s session, while traded values went up 12.05%, totalling SAR 3.69 billion up from SAR 3.29 billion on Wednesday.
As for the sectors performance, 12 closed in green, led by telecom which gained 2.64%, followed by insurance with 2.09%, and diversified financials with 1.78%.
On the other hand, seven sectors closed in red, as utilities, REITs, and healthcare fell 1.38%, 0.83%, and 0.65%, while pharmaceuticals and media remained unchanged.
Tawuniya led the gainers and surged 7.19%, while Dallah Health was the biggest decliner and lost 2.32%.
