Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) started Thursday in the green after its main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) surged 59.49 points, or 0.73%, reaching 8,206.17 points.
By 10:46 am Saudi time, TASI’s trading volume reached 28.45 million shares, through 21,620 transactions, generating SAR 605.7 million.
The banks, materials, and consumer services sectors levelled up 1%, 0.81%, and 0.8%, respectively.
On the other hand, the transportation sector inched down 0.35%.
Abdullah Abdul Mohsen Al Khodari Sons Company’s stock led risers with 5.2%, while Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company’s (Enaya) stock led losers, plunging 10%.
Meanwhile, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, remained unchanged at 2,575.51 points.
