Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) edged down on Tuesday by 0.01% to reach the level of 8,659.37 points.
Turnover amounted to SAR 11.9 billion where about 347.096 million shares were traded via 450,485 deals.
Energy and materials added 0.17% and 0.58%, respectively, while insurance gained 0.19%. On the contrary, banks and telecom dropped by 0.57% and 0.2%, respectively.
Halwani Bros. Co. headed the gainers with 10%, whereas Electrical Industries Co. led the decliners with 3.36%.
Methanol Chemicals Co. led the trading activity through the exchange of 42.550 million shares, while the Saudi Arabia Refineries Company (SARCO) registered the highest turnover of SAR 1.2 billion.
Meanwhile, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) increased by 1.64% or 326.2 points to settle at 20,268.32 points.
