Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rose 30.74 points, or 0.38%, to 8,047.6 points in Sunday’s early trades.
By 10:40 am Saudi time, TASI’s trading volume hit 17.2 million shares exchanged with a liquidity of SAR 342.75 million through 12,530 transactions.
The media sector surged 4.88%, followed by real estate management and development with 2.34%, telecommunication services with 0.75%, banks with 0.27%, and materials with 0.05%.
On the flip side, the commercial and professional services sector shed 0.35%, while the pharmaceuticals segment inched down 0.16%.
Tihama Advertising and Public Relations’ stock grew 6.04% to SAR 47.95, whereas Al Rajhi Company for Cooperative Insurance’s (Al Rajhi Takaful) stock dropped 1.55% to reaching SAR 68.60.
Meanwhile, NOMU, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, remained unchanged at 3,050.79 points.
Al-Samaani Factory for Metal Industries and Abo Moati for Bookstores stock rose 6.99% and 0.42%, respectively.
