Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) started Thursday 0.28% up, or 19.91 points, reaching 7,221.12 points.
By 10:53 am KSA time, TASI’s trading volume reached 45.7 million shares, through 24,460 transactions, with a liquidity of SAR 833.52 million.
The utilities sector rose 1.6%, followed by materials with 0.7%, and banks with 0.1%.
On the other hand, the commercial and professional services inched down 0.85% and the energy sector shed 0.2%.
Sahara Petrochemicals Co’s stock increased 3.9%, whereas The Saudi Industrial Export Company’s (SIEC) stock decreased 1.9%.
Meanwhile, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, NOMU, levelled down 2.1%, or 67.30 points, to 3,173.92 points.
Thob Al-Aseel Company’s stock fell 2.6%, whereas Al-Samaani Factory for Metal Industries’ stock jumped 8.6%.
