Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) on Tuesday's openning increased 0.1%, with mixed performance in the major sectors.
By 10:40 am KSA time, TASI gained 0.96 points to reach 7,412.26, with trading volume reaching 18.4 million shares, worth SAR 386 million, through 13,250 transactions.
The banks sector topped the major sector, with a 0.18% rise, followed by the telecommunications sector with 0.12%, while the investment sector led the gainers with 3.34%.
On the other hand, the real estate sector led the losers with a 0.4% drop, the materials sector dropped 0.11%.
Kingdom Holding topped the winning stock with 6.8% or SAR 11, after the company announced an agreement to acquire 16.2% of the Banque Saudi Fransi.
Arabia Insurance led the losing stocks with 1.08% to SAR 16.52.
Meanwhile, NOMU, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market remained unchanged at 3,502.74 points with Arab Sea gaining 0.4%, Al Kathiri losing 2.05%, and Development Works Food remained unchanged.
