TASI opens Wednesday in green, Nomu stable

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) started Wednesday 0.2%, or 13.3 points, higher, to 7,185.04 points.

By 10:40 am KSA time, TASI’s trading volume hit 31.31 million shares, through 15,450 transactions, with a turnover of SAR 523.44 million.

The diversified financial, banks, utilities, materials, and telecommunication services sectors rose 0.4%, 0.36%, 0.3%, 0.3%, and 0.25%, respectively.

On the other hand, the pharmaceuticals and capital goods sector shed 0.3% for each.

The Saudi Advanced Industries Co’s (SAIC) stock increased 3.6%, whereas Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development’s stock lost 2.6%.

Meanwhile, NOMU, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, remained unchanged at 3,100.06 points.

Development Works Food’s stock went up 5.9%, whereas the stocks of Al-Kathiri Holding Company and Arab Sea Information System declined 1.9% and 0.1%, respectively.
