Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) ended Thursday on a marginal rise, after declining for three consecutive sessions.
Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) edged up by 0.08% or 5.8 points to close at 7,859.06 points.
Traded volumes amounted to 81.99 million shares, worth SAR 2.08 billion, exchanged through 96,200 transactions.
Energy led the rising market sector indices, gaining 1.22%, while basic materials and banks added 0.23%, and 0.13%, respectively.
Gulf Union Cooperative Insurance recorded the highest increase at 6.14%, while Buruj was the biggest loser and dropped 5.79%.
Meanwhile, Alinma was the most actively traded stock with 6.64 million shares, with a turnover of SAR 328.485 million.
As for the Nomu-Parallel Market, the main index surged 6.8%, adding 405.14 points, and closing at 6,376.65 points.
