Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) started Thursday in green territory after its main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) increased 4.11 points, or 0.05%, reaching 7,733.76 points.
By 10:38 am Saudi time, TASI’s traded volume reached 16.1 million shares exchanged through 12,770 transactions, generating a turnover of SAR 325.43 million.
The utilities sector rose 1.1%, followed by the diversified financials, media, materials, and banking sectors with 0.8%, 0.5%, 0.25%, and 0.11%, respectively.
On the other hand, the healthcare sector edged down 0.8%, followed by the real estate management and development sector with 0.7%. The energy sector fell 0.4%,
Wafrah for Industry and Development’s stock led gainers with 5.6%, whereas Dallah Healthcare Company’s (DHC) stock fell 2.4%.
Meanwhile, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, NOMU, retreated 26.63 points, or 1%, to 2,574.53 points.
Thob Al-Aseel Company’s stock decreased by 0.5%, whereas Abo Moati for Bookstores’ stock grew 0.2%.
