Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) started Tuesday's trading session in green territory, after its main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) went up 8.63 points, or 0.1%, to 8,318 points.
By 10:45 am Saudi time, TASI’s trading volume hit 29.14 million shares exchanged at a turnover of SAR 631.4 million through 17,980 transactions.
The commercial and professional services sector added 1.4%, while the energy sector rose 1%.
On the other hand, the food and staples retailing sector inched down 0.5%, while the diversified financials sector edged down 0.49%.
Wafrah for Industry and Development’s stock levelled up 6.3%, whereas Al Abdullatif Industrial Investment Company’s stock fell 2.8%.
Meanwhile, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, remained unchanged at 2,768.52 points.
