Riyadh - Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) ended the week in gains.
The Tadawul All Shares Index (TASI) rose 1.05%, or 82.49 points, and closed Thursday at the level of 7,953.36 points.
The market capital gained SAR 13.17 billion, and reached a total of SAR 1.883 billion.
The average traded value rose by 6.9% to SAR 4.7 billion per session, with the total reaching SAR 23.7 billion by the end of the week.
Similarly, traded volumes went up 16.88% to 212.6 billion shares.
As for the market sectors’ performance, insurance added 4.9%, followed by media and publishing with 4.8%.
The main sectors, banks, telecom, and materials, increased by 1.57%, 0.88%, and 0.29%.
On the other hand, REITS lost 2.25%, and real estate declined by 0.69%.
The Nomu-Parallel Market lost 2.45% as it ended the week at 2,879.15 points, with a total liquidity of SAR 10.6 million, compared to SAR 9.8 million in the week before.
