Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) started Thursday in red territory after dropping 7 points, or 0.09% to 8,032 points.
By 10:30 am KSA time, TASI’s trading volume hit 11 million shares exchanged through 9,080 transactions, with a turnover of SAR 217 million.
The consumer durables and apparel sector inched down 0.84%, followed by the banking and telecommunication services sectors with 0.15% and 0.14, respectively.
On the other hand, the media, energy, and materials sectors increased 1.2%, 0.4%, and 0.12%, respectively.
Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance Company’s stock fell 3.14%, whereas Takween Advanced Industries’ stock rose 3.85%.
Meanwhile, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, NOMU, remained unchanged at 3,042.21 points.
The stocks of Abo Moati for Bookstores and Arab Sea Information System went down 1.2% and 0.26%, respectively, whereas Al-Samaani Factory for Metal Industries grew 1.2%.
