Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) started Wednesday in the red after dropping 44.33 points, or 0.6%, to7,421.14 points.
By 10:58 am KSA time, TASI’s traded volume reached 33.41 million shares changed hands through 23,920 transactions, with a turnover of SAR 775.69 million.
The utilities, energy, banking, and telecommunication services sectors tumbled 1.4%, 1.3%, 0.9%, and 0.3%, respectively.
On the other hand, the food and beverages segment inched up 0.3%, while materials rose 0.09%.
The Company for Cooperative Insurance’s (Tawuniya) stock fell 3.5%, whereas Malath Insurance’s stock grew 5.9%.
Meanwhile, NOMU, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, levelled up 152.82 points, or 5%, to 3,201.48 points.
Thob Al-Aseel Company’s stock jumped 7.3%, whereas Al-Kathiri Holding Company’s dropped 2.5%.
