Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 1.5% or 109.4 points higher to reach 7,313.4 points in the week ended Thursday, 13 July, against 7,203.99 points in the previous week.
TASI's market capitalisation rose 1.34% or SAR 22.95 billion, reaching SAR 1.731 trillion.
Trading value dropped 3.6% to SAR 14.87 billion from SAR 15.43 billion in the week earlier, whereas traded volume increased 16.8% to reach 835.3 million shares, against 715.4 million shares.
The media, retail, banks, and telecommunications sectors gained 26.98%, 6.07%, 3.3%, and 0.41%, respectively.
On the other hand, the real estate management and development sector declined 2.6%, followed by utilities with 0.92%, and materials with 0.2%.
Meanwhile, the Nomu-Parallel Market index dropped 1.98% or 72.6 points, reaching 3,595.75 points, against 3,668.35 points in the week before.
Nomu’s trading volume stood at 2.1 million shares, generating SAR 53.3 million in the week ended Thursday, 13 July.
