Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: The Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) has awarded the main contract of Mamsha Al Saadiyat to a joint venture between San Jose Contracting and Pivot Engineering & General Contracting.
The construction contract is worth AED1.25 billion, according to an issued statement.
The project, which is the first residential development in the Saadiyat Cultural District, is scheduled to be delivered in the second half of 2018.
