Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC), which is affiliated to the Abu Dhabi government, on Sunday offered investment opportunities in the Mamsha Al Saadiyat project.
The Mamsha (walkway) has 11,000 square metres of rentable, the TDIC said in a statement.
Shop areas will range between 50 and 350 square metres shops, the company said, indicating that the majority of these shops will overlook the beach.
Slated for completion by the second half of 2018, the 1.4-kilometer Mamsha Al Saadiyat project extends along the shore of the Saadiyat Culture District in Abu Dhabi in close proximity to Zayed National Museum, the Louvre Abu Dhabi, and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi.
The project comprises retail outlets, restaurants, and cultural districts.
