Cairo – Mubasher: Telecom Egypt (TE) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Etisalat Egypt to offer local 2G and 3G roaming services, according to a statement.
TE signed another MoU to provide the telecom operator with international voice services for five years as of the signing date.
The state-owned firm will start to provide mobile services in the local market as of September.
