Doha – Decypha: TIME Hotel Management will open TIME Rako in Al Wakra district in Doha within the second quarter of 2017 (Q2-17), to be the first hotel in Qatar.
Four-star 102-room hotel will be 20 minutes away from Doha International Airport to be well-suited for business travellers and families as well.
Offering 24-hour fitness and leisure centre, spa and dining options including specialised sea food restaurant, three rooms in the hotel will be equipped for guests with special abilities.
The hotel will be the root of TIME Management’s expansion plans that includes UAE’s Ajman and Fujairah, then Saudi Arabia before the fourth quarter of 2018 (Q4-18).
“Qatar is a thriving country with a fast-paced hospitality industry, which presents new opportunities for TIME Hotels to grow its presence,” said Mohamed Awadalla, CEO of TIME Hotels.
Doha’s hospitality industry is growing. Meetings, incentives, conferencing and exhibitions (MICE) and corporate guests have represented 75% of the total hotel demand in the country.
TIME Hotels was founded in Dubai in 2012, offering hospitality services for business and leisure guests.
