Cairo – Mubasher: Talaat Moustafa Group Holding (TMG Holding) said Sunday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) has agreed on a proposal to distribute cash dividends of 14.5 piasters per share for fiscal year 2016.
The OGM also adopted the board and auditor’s reports on the year ended on 31 December 2016, according to a bourse filing.
Dividends will be distributed in two equal instalments on 15 May and 15 July.
