Dubai - Mubasher: Tokyo Stock Exchange’s (TSE) main index, Nikkei, jumped over the level of 20,000 points by the end of Tuesday’s trading, on back of weaker yen and a rise in the U.S. futures.
The benchmark index surged today by 1.3% or 264.93 points to the level of 20,012.40 points, marking the highest level since more than three months.
Meanwhile, Topix Index rallied 1.4% to 1,601.95 points, and GBX- Nikkei Index rose 1.4% to 14,435.78 points.
