Dubai – Mubasher: Specialist international private equity firm TVM Capital Healthcare on Saturday signed a cooperation agreement with Ukraine’s Kozyavkin Medical Group to launch a business that will deliver specialist health treatment to patients in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America.
An investor syndicate led by TVM Capital Healthcare will hold a majority share in the new business, Vivus Medical Rehabilitation Company, which will offer the Kozyavkin treatment Method to patients with CP and other disorders of the CNS, according to a company statement.
“As a healthcare private equity investor we are dedicated to making high-quality healthcare services more accessible to patients worldwide,” TVM Capital Healthcare’s CEO and chairman Helmut Schuehsler said.
Recognised by the European Medical Association (EMA), the Kozyavkin treatment method is considered the four most effective approaches to the rehabilitation of patients suffering from CP and other CNS disorders.
