Cairo – Mubasher: TY Communication Contracting and Mobile Services has increased its stake in Prime Holding to 11.39%.
Prime said that TY Communication bought 8.29 million shares at a price of EGP 4.9 per share, totalling EGP 40.65 million, according to a bourse filing.
