Dubai – Mubasher: The board of directors (BOD) of National Central Cooling Co. (Tabreed) has called for an ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Sunday, 15 January 2017, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The OGM will discuss amending the company's articles of association to be in line with BOD's resolution no. 7 of 2016, regarding the Standards of Institutional Discipline and Governance of the Public Shareholding Companies to renew the authorization granted to the BOD to adopt resolutions pertaining to the company's convertible bonds issued in 2010.
Tabreed last posted a profit of AED 109.39 million for Q3-16, up 9% year-on-year, while nine-month results showed a net profit of AED 273.22 million, a rise of 6.9% from the corresponding period the year before.
