Dubai – Mubasher: The National Central Cooling (Tabreed) saw an increase in Q1-16 profits by 3.6% year-over-year to AED63.4 million ($17.26 million) from AED61.2 million ($16.66 million).
In a bourse filing, the company attributed higher profits to a rise in revenues by 7% to AED255.5 million. Moreover, profits from its ownership in other sister companies jumped to AED21.9 million in the first quarter of 2016 from AED17.3 million for the year-ago quarter.
In 2015, the company registered a net profit of AED345.3 million, 6% up from AED325.7 million in 2014.
