Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Tabuk Agricultural Development announced on Tuesday that it will not proceed in the project of establishing a company specialized in compound feed manufacturing.
The decision came after the company failed to obtain the required licenses for the feed company establishment from the competent authorities, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
In January, the company announced that it intends to acquire 25% in an under establishment company specialized in compound feed manufacturing.
