Riyadh – Mubasher: The main index of Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) added 0.01% or 0.62 points to 6,871.24 points at Wednesday’s close.
Traded value reached SAR 1.88 billion on Wednesday through exchanging 98.46 million shares.
The food sector topped gainers and levelled up 0.79%, while the food retailing topped losers and fell 1%.
The banks sector rose 0.4%, while the material and telecom sectors levelled down 0.7% and 0.03%, respectively.
Gasco came on top of Tadawul’s gainers and advanced 4.7% to SAR 31.10, while Gulf Union led losers and decreased 2.6% to SAR 16.75.
Moreover, the main index (NOMU) of Nomu-Parallel Market rose 0.5% or 20.42 points to close at 4,069.85 points.
Traded volume reached 87,690 shares at a value of SAR 1.92 million.
Raydan led the best performers and went up 1.8% and 1.74%, while Development Works Food led the worst performers and decreased 2.2%.
Baazeem Trading was the most active in terms of traded value with SAR 607,800, while Abo Moati for Bookstores led the traded volumes with 32,500 shares.
