Riyadh – Mubasher: The main index of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) added 0.8% or 56.41 points to 6,892,17 points at Thursday's open.
By 10:15am Makkah time, 21.43 million shares were exchanged through 9,310 transactions at a value of SAR 338.64 million.
The real estate sector was the only loser by 0.03%.
On the other hand, the consumer durables sector led best performers and rose 2%.
The banks, capital goods, and telecom sectors went up 1.3%, 0.6%, and 0.3%, respectively.
eXtra led gaining stocks and hiked 5.3%, followed by Go which levelled up 4%.
Dallah Healthcare shed 0.74%, leading the worst performers.
Moreover, the main index (NOMU) of Nomu-Parallel Market increased 0.82% or 44.2 points to stand at 5,437.40 points.
Development Works Food rose 4%, Al Samaani Factory for Metal Industries Co shed 0.3%, and Baazeem Trading opened stable.
